Purshase of shares of WSK Kalisz
Pratt & Whitney Canada bought the remaining shares of WSK Kalisz. Since 1996, 100% of shares of Pratt & Whitney Kalisz have belonged to UTC.

The establishment of the company
The company was established in Kalisz in 1992 as a joint venture of PZL Kalisz Communication Equipment Factory and Pratt & Whitney Canada. The first meeting of the Supervisory Board at PWC took place then as well.
